The Information Processing strand helps students develop knowledge and skills relating to computer technologies in six areas: systems management, text/data input,
productivity software, applied processing, programming, and emerging technologies.
Information Processing is just one of 22 strands* in Career and Technology Studies (CTS). For more information on the full group of CTS strands, visit the CTS Curriculum Structure.
